Delivery & returns
Delivery: We offer standard (£4.00), tracked (£7.00) and next working day (£12.00) delivery options on all physical products bought on our online shop. Virtual gifts for our dogs and cats will not be charged for delivery.
Christmas Delivery Dates: In order to receive your goods by Christmas day, please order by midday on 18 December for standard and tracked delivery and by midday on 20 December for next working day delivery.
Returns: If you find that you are unhappy with the quality or value of any item or if your goods are damaged in transit, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee to replace or refund your money.
