SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sizes and weights are approximate. Supplies of goods are subject to availability. If occasionally an item is not available a carefully selected alternative may be sent. If the substitute item is not acceptable, please contact shop@battersea.org.uk within  of delivery to arrange for the return of the goods and a full refund will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If your goods are damaged in transit please contact shop@battersea.org.uk within 7 days of receipt. We guarantee to replace your item(s) or refund your money.

On receipt of the goods, if you wish to cancel the order for any reason, you need to do so within 7 working days . You may be asked to pay for the cost of returning the goods, but the original payment will otherwise be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation. Please contact a member of our Customer Service Team if you have questions about cancelling, returning or refunding an order.

PAYMENTS

Battersea adheres to Payment Card Industry standards for the secure processing of credit and debit cards (PCI-DSS). More information on PCI-DSS is available at www.pcisecuritystandards.org. 


DELIVERY

We deliver goods to all UK addresses with a Royal Mail postcode. We currently offer the following delivery options to choose from:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 Working Days) - £4.00
  • Christmas catalogue orders (within 5 working days of receipt of order) - £4.95

Please contact our Customer Services team regarding delivery to addresses outside of the UK. Please allow 28 days for deliveries. 

    COMPLAINTS

    Please email shop@battersea.org.uk if you would like to discuss any complaint regarding a Battersea Dogs & Cats Home shop item. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

    PRIVACY

    Battersea will not sell or share your personal data with any third party for their marketing purposes but will share with a third party in order to fulfil your order and send your purchases to you. Any third party we work with for fulfilment will be done under a contract, and we will only process your personal data in accordance with Data Protection Laws and our Privacy Policy.
