£50 could help us to provide essential therapeutic grooming for our dogs. Grooming is important for all dogs, but sadly some arrive at Battersea in a very poor state and need extra help like Zelda the Cockapoo.

Eleven-month-old stray Zelda had heavily overgrown, matted fur and lots of sores around her ears, making her very uncomfortable. Our groomers got to work straightaway, removing over a kilo of fur, easing her discomfort, and allowing her affectionate personality to shine through. She soon caught the eye of a family in London, where she’s now enjoying lots of affection and lap time.

The grooming package could help improve the health and wellbeing of our dogs, with a much-needed bath, special skin soothing treatments, and the removal of matted fur.
